If the outside looks fine but the cabin has crumbs in the seams, dust on the vents, and film on the windshield, start here. It's a thorough interior clean with targeted steam on the spots that need it. It's a good fit for a commuter car that gets washed regularly but hasn't been cleaned inside in a while. This is the package most people mean when they say "detail my car." You get the full Essential interior plus carpet shampoo, then a foam prewash and hand wash, exterior windows, wheels and tires, tire dressing, and a coat of wax. It's the right call a couple of times a year for a car that's been reasonably cared for.
Carolina paint takes a beating from summer sun, spring pollen, and road grime. Elite adds clay-bar decontamination, which pulls out the bonded grit a wash leaves behind, then seals the paint with ceramic wax that gives you about six months of protection. It also conditions leather, cleans door jambs, and dresses trim. If you want the car to stay clean longer after we leave, pick this one. It's also the starting detail for our Monthly Maintenance membership.
Signature is everything in Elite plus fabric-seat extraction and interior UV protection for your dash and surfaces. You also get a photographed condition report and a CARFAX service submission. That documentation is handy if you're getting ready to sell or trade in, or if you just like having a record of how the car has been kept.
You book online or text us, and we confirm the package, vehicle, and address. Because we book one job at a time, your car gets our full attention and we don't cut corners to make the next appointment.
On the day, we pull up with our own water tank and generator. You don't need to leave a hose out or run an extension cord. All we need is room to work around the vehicle. A driveway, a garage apron, or a workplace parking spot usually does the job, as long as your property or building allows it.
How long it takes depends on the vehicle's size and condition and on the package you choose. We give you a time estimate when you book, so you can plan your day around it.
We tell you about any change before we start. You won't get a surprise at the end.
We come to you at home, at work, or at the water. There's no shop to drive to and nothing to drop off.

Yes. It covers both the interior and exterior: a full interior clean with carpet shampoo, plus a foam prewash, hand wash, windows, wheels, tires, and wax. Elite and Signature go further with decontamination, ceramic wax, and extra interior care.
Refresh finishes the paint with a standard wax. Elite first decontaminates the paint with a clay bar, then applies a ceramic wax that gives about six months of protection. Ceramic wax is a wax product. It is not a ceramic coating, and we don't offer coatings.
No. We bring our own water tank and generator, so the detail doesn't depend on a spigot or an outlet.
Often, yes, if your workplace lot allows it and there's room to work around the car. Tell us where you park when you book and we'll confirm it will work.
We'll do our best, but we don't guarantee complete stain or odor removal. Results depend on the material and how long the stain or odor has been there. We'll be upfront about what's realistic when we see the vehicle.
With the Signature Full Detail, we submit the service to CARFAX and give you a photographed condition report. It's useful documentation if you plan to sell, trade in, or just want a record of how the vehicle has been cared for.
