Excessive pet hair, stains, trash, or heavily neglected conditions may add a charge. We'll tell you before we start.
We use extraction, steam, and dedicated treatments. Even so, complete stain or odor removal isn't guaranteed. It depends on the material and on how long the stain or smell has been there. A fresh coffee spill usually comes up well. A years-old set-in stain or smoke absorbed into a headliner may improve without disappearing. We'll look at it with you and give you a realistic answer.

If you spend real time on I-77 or crossing the lake to work each day, dust and fingerprints build up on the dash and glass faster than you'd expect. A regular Essential Interior keeps things livable. We can often do it right in your work parking lot, if the property allows it.
A clean interior makes a strong first impression on buyers. If you're listing the car, look at the LWD Signature Full Detail. It includes fabric-seat extraction and a photographed condition report.
If you're adding shampoo extraction and also want the outside washed, the Lake Wylie Refresh ($249) is usually the better value. It includes everything in Essential Interior plus carpet shampoo, a hand wash, exterior windows, wheels and tires, and wax. If you have leather seats, the Elite Full Detail ($349) includes leather conditioning along with clay-bar decontamination and ceramic wax outside.

No. Essential Interior includes targeted steam cleaning. Carpet shampoo is part of the Lake Wylie Refresh, and you can add seat or carpet shampoo extraction to Essential Interior starting at $75.
It depends on the fabric, how much extraction was needed, and the weather that day. Warm, dry days help. We'll give you a realistic idea on the spot, and leaving the windows cracked in a garage or in the sun helps.
Our odor treatment (from $75) and pet-hair removal (from $50) often make a big difference. We can't guarantee complete odor removal, though, because results depend on the materials and how long the odor has been there.
We clean around installed child seats as carefully as we can. For the most thorough clean underneath, it's best to take the seats out before we arrive and reinstall them yourself afterward, so you know they're secured correctly.
