River Hills is one of Lake Wylie's best-known communities: a gated neighborhood of nearly 1,100 homes on more than 800 acres along the lake, with a championship golf course running through it and a mature tree canopy overhead. Lake Wylie Detailing is a local, family-run business, and River Hills is right in our home area.
Because River Hills is gated with a staffed gatehouse, we come in as your guest. When you book, please arrange our entry the same way you would for any visitor or service provider. Guests use the Front Gate. Once we're in, we set up in your driveway with our own water tank and generator, so we don't need your outdoor spigot or a garage outlet.
Lake Wylie Detailing is an independent business and isn't affiliated with the River Hills Community Association, the country club, or the marina.

We quote each service separately, then give you a time estimate for the whole visit when you book. Because we book one job at a time, you have our full attention for the whole appointment.
Our Marine Full Refresh (from $399) is a complete interior and exterior boat cleaning. We can do it with the boat on a trailer in your driveway, at your private dock if we can reach it safely, or at the marina with the marina's permission. River Hills has a marina with covered slips, which is run separately from the community association. If your boat lives there, check their rules for outside vendors before you book.

The same big trees that make River Hills so pretty are hard on paint. Cars parked outside collect sap, pollen, and bird droppings, and in humid weather that grime bonds to the clear coat. The Elite Full Detail ($349) takes care of it with clay-bar decontamination followed by ceramic wax for about 6 months of protection.
Inside, it's usually the lake and the golf course: wet towels, sandy flip-flops, grass clippings from golf shoes, and a golf bag that's been in and out of the trunk all summer. Carpet shampoo is included starting with the Lake Wylie Refresh, and the LWD Signature ($449) adds fabric-seat extraction and interior UV protection.
