By booking a service with Lake Wylie Detailing LLC or using this website, you agree to these terms.
All prices shown are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the size and condition of your vehicle or boat. Excessive pet hair, stains, trash, or unusually neglected conditions may require an additional charge, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.
We use professional products and processes, but detailing cannot undo every condition. Complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, oxidation or other pre-existing damage is not guaranteed. We will tell you what we expect to achieve before we start.
Where included with the LWD Signature Full Detail, the completed service is submitted to CARFAX through our OrbisX service-reporting integration. This is not a CARFAX certification or endorsement, and no increase in resale value is promised.
Because we are a mobile service, you are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle or boat at the scheduled location. Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. Appointments where we cannot access the vehicle on arrival may be treated as a cancellation.
Plans apply to one designated vehicle. Annual prepaid plans are valid for 12 months from purchase. The Monthly Maintenance plan requires an initial Elite Full Detail before enrolling.
Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment through our booking and payment providers.
Please point out any existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket parts or sensitive surfaces before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for failures of previously damaged components.
