Plenty of companies promise to "eliminate any odor." We don't, because it isn't always true. Whether a smell comes out depends on what caused it, what it soaked into, and how long it's been there. A spilled coffee from last week is one thing. Years of cigarette smoke in a cloth headliner is another.
What we can promise: we'll find and clean the source instead of covering it up, treat the interior, and tell you up front what we think is realistic for your vehicle. Complete odor removal is not guaranteed. Most of the time you'll notice a big difference. Sometimes a faint trace comes back on a hot day.
Smoke residue settles on every surface: glass, headliner, seat fabric, vents, and carpet. It usually needs a thorough interior clean before any odor treatment has a chance. Long-term smoke in cloth interiors is the hardest case, and we'll say so before you book.
"Wet dog" is partly the hair and partly the oils and dander in the fabric. Pulling out the hair is often half the battle. See our pet hair removal page if that's your situation.
Anyone with kids knows the sippy cup that rolled under the seat in July. Dairy and sugary drinks soak into carpet padding and sour in the heat. Here, cleaning the source with shampoo extraction usually matters more than anything else.
This one is very Carolina. Humid summers, a window left cracked in a storm, damp towels and life jackets from a day on Lake Wylie. Moisture trapped in carpet goes musty fast. We clean and treat the affected areas. If there's an ongoing leak, the smell will return until the leak is fixed, and we'll point it out if we see signs of one.
Odor treatment is an add-on, so it's paired with an interior package. For most odor jobs, cleaning the source matters as much as the treatment itself.

Our odor treatment add-on starts at $75 and is paired with an interior package like Essential Interior ($179). If the smell is soaked into cloth or carpet, seat/carpet shampoo extraction (from $75) is often worth adding.
We can usually make a big improvement, especially if the smoking was light or short-term. Heavy, long-term smoke in cloth seats and headliners is the toughest odor to remove, and some trace may remain. We'll look at the car and be straight with you.
Yes. We clean and treat the damp areas. Humidity makes these smells come back quickly, though, and if water is still getting in through a seal or sunroof drain, the smell will return until the leak is repaired.
No. Fragrance only covers a smell for a little while. We remove and clean the source first. A light scent is optional with our interior packages if you want one at the end.
